With more than 13 years of experience working in the field of land surveying and management, Lawyer Hai has accumulated a solid foundation of knowledge in surveying techniques, planning as well as legal issues related to real estate. Following this process, he has more than 7 years of experience directly handling real estate issues, from transfer procedures, land division, red book issuance to land use rights disputes, helping clients ensure their legal rights and minimize legal risks.
In particular, with 12 years of working in the Lawyers Association, Lawyer Hai specializes in real estate legal procedures and inheritance rights, having advised and successfully resolved many complicated cases related to assets and inheritance rights of individuals and households. The combination of extensive legal knowledge, practical experience and flexible situation analysis has helped him build prestige and trust with a large number of clients.
