Ms. Gina is a key member of Marou Legal with over 20 years of experience in directing and operating public investment, enterprises, business management and investment in central and local government agencies, including the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern Region Foreign Investment Agency (MPI). With a solid legal background and rich practical experience, Ms. Gina currently holds a leadership role in the areas of corporate advisory at Marou Legal.
In the public sector, Gina enjoyed the chances of switching between administering-licensing and drafting-implementing the Enterprises and Investment laws; between business & investment registration offices, and business & investment promotion organizations. That unique experience brings her remarkable expertise as a senior consultant on FDI, enterprises, investment, and doing business in the region.
Prior to joining MAROU, Gina explored the opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, project finance for international financial service organizations based in Brisbane and Sydney, Australia in the positions of Business Development Director, and Project Management Senior Consultant.
